F-35 Courier Ltd Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between F-35 Courier Ltd and the Customer regarding the shipment, transport, and logistics services provided. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

F-35 Courier Ltd agrees to transport shipments from the agreed pickup location to the designated delivery address. We reserve the right to route shipments in any way we deem appropriate, including using sub-contractors, agents, or third-party carriers.

2. Customer Obligations

You as the customer agrees to:

• Provide the correct invoice for the shipment sent. It should show the customer name, description of each item, price of each item, invoice/order number and the end total paid upon checkout including any taxes or discounts applied to the order.

• Ensure the shipment is properly packaged to ensure safe transportation.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the nature, packageing, labeling, and carriage of the goods.

• Ensure that they're the owner of the goods or an authorized agent of the owner. An ID will be required for collection.

3. Prohibited and Restricted Items

The Company will not accept the following items for shipment. Attempting to ship these may result in forfeiture of goods, fines, or legal action:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or contraband.

• Explosives, firearms, weaponry, or ammunition.

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, flammable items, radioactive materials) unless explicitly agreed upon.

• Live animals.

• Human remains.

• Cash, bullion, or negotiable instruments (checks/bonds).

Note: F-35 Courier Ltd reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment at any time for safety, security, customs, or regulatory reasons.

4. Fees, Payments, and Customs

4.1 Payment

Shipping fees are calculated based on the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional (volumetric) weight, depending on the mode of transport selected. Payment is due at the time of collection unless a credit account has been established.

4.2 Customs & Duties

The Customer acts as the "Importer of Record" or "Exporter of Record." You are responsible for all:

• Customs duties.

• Taxes.

• Fines or penalties imposed by government authorities.

F-35 Courier will cover the duties and taxes on the receiver's behalf. The receiver is expected to repay this amount upon collection. If the receiver refuses to pay duties, the shipment will be held until such is paid. Storage fee will accumulate after 7 business days and after 20 business days it will be considered forfeited. It will then be auctioned to regain our fees. You will not receive any monetary compensation as the item is considered abandoned. If you would like the item returned, the duties is still required to be paid to release the shipment and the return shipping fee will be at your expense as well.

5. Deliveries

• Timeframes: Delivery dates and times provided by F-35 Courier Ltd are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a specific "Guaranteed Delivery" service is agreed upon. As there are many factors like flight delays, weather and other outside factors that can cause delays in delivery.

• Unsuccessful Delivery: If the receiver is unavailable, we will attempt delivery the next day at the the customer's request.

• Authority to Leave: If you authorize us to leave a package with someone other than yourself, we are not liable for loss or theft after the drop-off.

6. Liability and Limitations

6.1 Limitations of Liability

F-35 Courier's liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the actual value of the goods as shown on the invoice submitted. Please ensure that you provide the correct invoice as we will not be reimbursing anything more or less than what is stated on the invoice if any such event occurs.

6.2 Indirect Damages

F-35 Courier Ltd is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profit or income.

• Loss of business oppurtunities.

• Emotional Distress.

6.3 Claims

Claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing the same day of the delivery date (or 3 days after the scheduled delivery date in the case of loss). Failure to notify us within this window results in a waiver of the claim.

7. Force Majeure

F-35 Courier Ltd is not liable for any loss or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, storms).

• War, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.

• Government actions or customs delays.

• Traffic accidents or air network disruptions.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

By creating an account and using our services, you are agreeing to our terms & conditions. Ignoring these shipping terms is a violation of our policy. Management reserves the right to ban users from the platform for non-compliance.
