How often do you ship?
We ship 4 times a week by air and once a week by sea.
Is there any additional charge for delivery?
Delivery is free to your home or office in the Montego Bay area. Please contact us to confirm delivery in your select location.
Do you offer sea freight services?
Yes, we do. Please note that for large packages, it should be a minimum 14 cubic feet to be sent via sea. To find out if your package qualifies, contact customer support with the dimension (L x W x H) of your package to get an estimate.
Where should I send my invoice?
Invoices should be uploaded to the website through pre-alerts or sent to our email address.
How do I earn with the 'Loyalty Reward Program'?
You can earn two ways with this program. 1. Refer someone and once they sign up and ship their first package with us then $100 JMD will be added to your wallet.
2. Earn $100 in your wallet by collecting all of your packages that arrive at the location on one shipment.
How do I apply my rewards to packages?
Once your wallet reaches $1,500 JMD then the amount will be deducted the next time you collect packages. You can only redeem up to $1,500 on any pick up.
