SHIPPING UPDATES
Please Note:
• Receive your packages within 3 - 6 business days after confirmed delivery to the Florida warehouse.
• The warehouse's operational time is Monday - Friday 8 am - 7 pm & Saturdays 7 am - 4 pm.
• Clearance time is dependent on the flight arrival, Jamaica Customs, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond F-35 Courier's control.
UNKNOWN PACKAGES/"BAD ADDRESS"
• Packages are considered to have a "bad address" when your mailbox# is missing or the address is entered incorrectly. This will cause delays in getting your package to you. F-35 Courier will not be responsible for these packages if they are lost.
• Packages shown as delivered by the shipper/seller but not reflected in F-35 Courier's system are considered misdelivered. F-35 Courier will not be responsible for packages that are misdelivered by the shipper.
• Packages delivered outside of our warehouse operating hours are not the responsibility of F-35 Courier.
PROCESSING FEES
• A storage fee of $150 JMD per package, per day, will be applied starting 7 days after the billing date. After 20 days, the package/s will be considered as forfeited. They will be auctioned to regain our clearance cost.
• Unknown/"Bad Address" packages will incur a fee of $500 JMD, due to additional labor required to sort through, locate and assign such packages to their correct owner.
• A processing fee may apply to your package if it's over $100 USD. If you are charged by the Jamaica Customs Agency, our processing fee will be waived. Pro-tip: Contact support for a cost estimate before shipping high-value items.
